Privacy policy

This site sets no cookies, runs no advertising trackers and has no accounts to sign into. The only personal information it handles is what you choose to type into the enquiry form, and even that is not sent to us over the internet. Here is exactly what happens.

The enquiry form
The contact form does not transmit anything to us when you fill it in. Pressing the button opens WhatsApp on your own device with the message already written, and nothing leaves your phone or computer until you press send there.
Once you send it, the message reaches us through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and covered by Meta's own privacy terms rather than ours. We keep enquiries in our WhatsApp account for as long as it takes to answer you and, if you leave a car with us, to keep a record of the work.
We do not add anyone to a mailing list from an enquiry, and we do not pass contact details to anyone else.
What is stored in your browser
One item, called slick:scroll, in session storage. It remembers where you were on a page so that the back links return you to the same place. It is not a cookie, it is never sent to us or to anyone else, and your browser deletes it when you close the tab.
What our host records
The site is served by Render behind Cloudflare. Like every web host, they keep short-lived server logs that include an IP address, the browser used and the page requested, so the service can be kept running and protected from abuse. Those logs are not used as an analytics tool and we do not build any profile from them.
Links to other places
Links to Google Maps, Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp take you to services run by other companies. Once you follow one, that company's privacy policy applies and not this one.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict or stop using it, and withdraw any consent you have given. Write to the address above and we will respond.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle a request, you may complain to the UAE Data Office.
